I need help making my craft:
Click on the Collection below to access instructional videos for each project. Step-by-step written directions are provided in each kit, but you can access or share additional directions from the Collection pages below.
What is the ideal age child for A Little Something craft kits?
The Critter Collection is recommended for children ages 5+. With adult help, slightly younger children can easily complete these projects. We recommend our Pipe Cleaner Snake for younger children. Always remember that children should always be supervised while working with their crafts kits, no matter their age.
How many craft Collections do you offer?
For the Holiday 2020 season, we offer the Critter Collection, which includes four adorable critters: butterfly, snake, lizard + dragonfly!
What is the status of my order?
If you created an account when you placed your order, you can log in and check the status of your order by clicking here. If you need any assistance with logging in or to get an update on your order status, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and put “Checking Order Status” in the subject line.
Can I change my order?
Something Designs orders are final, so once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change it. Please email email@example.com with subject “Order Change Request” and if you order has not yet been processed we will be happy to help you to the best of our ability. We apologize that any orders that have already been packaged for shipment or shipped are not able to be changed or refunded.
Where do you ship?
Customers in the Continental United States of America are able to receive standard USPS shipments included in the cost of their kits. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Custom Shipping” to get a quote for shipments outside of this area. We are able to ship worldwide and will be able to give your order personalized attention. **Please note that order deadlines for the holiday season do NOT apply to any international orders.**
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders will ship within 3 business days or less. If there are any delays in processing time we will note that in our shop or we will reach out to you personally. Our products ship from our warehouse in San Diego, CA.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide. You may also use your PayPal account.
What currency do you charge in?
All transactions are charged in USD.
Where do you ship?
Immediate orders on our website can be shipped to the Continental United States of America. We are able to ship worldwide and want to give your order personalized attention. Please email us at email@example.com with the subject “Custom Shipping” to get a quote for shipments outside of this area. **Please note that order deadlines for the holiday season do NOT apply to any international orders.**
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most of our standard shipments are sent via standard USPS mail. They ship from our warehouse in San Diego, CA. The map below shows the standard shipping speeds across the country from our warehouse. Please note that this does NOT take in to account any natural disasters, weather, Covid-19 or other delays that impact shipments. These are just estimates.
From time to time we will use other carriers that may have different delivery speeds. If you need your purchase to arrive faster, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Faster Shipper” and we’ll be happy to provide costs for your faster shipping.
Do you offer faster shipping?
If you need your purchase to arrive faster, please email us at email@example.com with “Faster Shipping” in the subject line and include your order number. We will be happy to provide faster shipping options and prices for you. Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer able to control any extenuating factors that may slow down delivery, but we’ll try our hardest to assist you with any problems.
Do you accept returns?
At this time we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with any product that you receive, please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do everything I can to solve your problem!
Can I exchange an item?
At this time we do not process exchanges. If you make a mistake during your order and need to change something, please email us immediately at email@example.com with subject matter “URGENT ORDER CHANGE.” If your order has not yet been processed or packaged, we are happy to help with adjustments to the best of our ability.

Do you provide wholesale orders?
Yes – we can assist with wholesale orders. Time frames and minimum quantities vary. Please reach out to email@example.com for help with your inquiry.
Do you provide special pricing for nonprofits or schools?
Yes! We would love to help support your school or organization. If you would like to place an order for 25+ of the same kits for your group, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide customized pricing for you.
